We’re recruiting highly motivated, self-employed distribution staff in Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby and Burton-on-Trent. Here’s how our leaflet distribution jobs work:

  • We pay double the wage (£80 per thousand properties) of most distribution companies. In return, we simply expect you to complete each area in full while professionally representing both Leaflet Lion and our clients.
  • The more areas you can cover, the more work we can give you. Owning a car is essential, and as a minimum, you’ll be prepared to cover any area in your city.
  • Owning a smartphone is also essential, and we’ll require you to track your route as you complete your designated area. Full instructions are provided.
  • The type of work we carry out is to residential properties. This is known as door-to-door distribution. Again, full instructions will be provided.
  • Solus & solus+1 plans only. We’ll only ever ask you to deliver a maximum of two flyers per property at any one time. No big shared deliveries that weigh a tonne.
  • Work flexible hours on a self-employed basis. Most of the team fits this work around other commitments or part-time jobs. Simply choose how many flyers or leaflets you’d like to deliver for each job, and complete them by the deadline.
  • Payments are made directly to your bank account within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. You’re welcome to email this over to us as soon as we’ve approved your GPS tracking maps.

Is a Leaflet Distribution Job Right For You?

In addition to the above criteria, we expect fast, clear and concise communication. Each job is arranged via email, so you’ll be comfortable communicating this way.

The job involves walking long distances. While you can break your area up into several days, we’d ideally like you to walk a minimum of five miles per tracking map.

Most of the team walk anywhere between 5 and 15 miles at any one time. What we don’t want is loads of short tracking maps. Rather, one, two or three decent routes per thousand properties. Some team members will do a thousand at a time, but most will usually do it in a few goes.

How Long Does it Take?

The time it takes to deliver 1000 flyers will depend on a few things:

  • The area you’re delivering to
  • Your experience
  • How fast you’re prepared to walk

Some areas will take longer than others, but once you’ve built up your experience and pace, you’ll be expected to average somewhere around 6 hours.

Any remote areas where the properties take considerably longer to complete will be reflected in a higher wage. Additionally, if we’re giving you a second flyer or leaflet to deliver, the wages are increased.
