Ayup! My name’s Mike Hindle. I’m the owner and manager here at Leaflet Lion. We’re a small yet established team focused entirely on high-impact print and distribution.

We started life as Clearcut Derby back in 2014. As we expanded into neighbouring cities, Leaflet Lion eventually took over from March 2024 onwards. We specialise in solus and solus+1 plans for maximum visibility, presence and response rates.

We distribute across the East Midlands and parts of Staffordshire, primarily operating in Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby and Burton-on-Trent. We regularly work with political parties and councils, but also local businesses and organisations.

The lion’s way

  • Sick of distribution companies promising GPS tracking without ever actually providing any? Me too! Here at Leaflet Lion, in the event of this happening, we offer a no-questions-asked, automatic refund on any untracked areas.
  • We guarantee never to hide your flyer inside a pizza menu or Farmfoods leaflet (sound familiar?). Solus and Solus+1 plans only for maximum visibility/response.
  • We only ever use our own staff, rather than outsourcing the work to whoever we can get to do it the cheapest. As you can imagine, that never ends well.
  • We pay our staff properly. Yep, that shouldn’t be a USP, but the wage most distribution companies pay their team is the same as it was ten years ago.

Global reforestation projects

Since May 2024, we’ve been contributing to global reforestation projects with the legends over at Treeapp. At the end of each year, we plant a tree for every paid invoice, and then double the total. Additionally, our website is cleaner than 70% of all pages tested globally, and we only ever print on 100% sustainably sourced paper.

Breaking the norm

Our business exists to break the norm in an industry rife with unreliability and questionable business practices. We’re proudly different and fiercely unique.
